I joined the beauty industry back in 2016 starting off with esthetics, but that wasn't enough...I wanted to do more with my profession, so I went back to school to study hair...and created Black Orchid as my styling studio.

Thank you to each and every client of Black Orchid Studio, without your support and respect I, Maddy Ibarra can confidently stand behind the following policies. As courtesy, please remember that when a client fails to show up for an appointment, or cancels with less than a 24 hr notice your stylist has a limited opportunity to fill in the given time. All service reservations made online will require a Credit Card on file to secure the appointment. (You will never be charged unless policy has been broken) Cancellations on the day of appointment are subject to a 50% charge of the service that were going to received No showing on the day of appointment you are subject to a 100% charge of service. Late policy 20 mins late will be charged an extra $15 to service as I will be needing to move the schedule around to make sure you are provided with full service. 30 mins late will need to Reschedule service.
